Matthew P. Arakelian Matthew is the lead associate for the Cambridge branch of Gill Devine, P.C. He graduated from Stonehill College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts and earned his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 2003. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Matthew’s primary concentration is residential and commercial real estate law. Matthew represents various lending institutions throughout Massachusetts. He represents buyers and sellers including the negotiating, reviewing and drafting of purchase and sales agreements. He also facilitates condominium conversions for multi-family homes.
